Essentially, market research can be reduced to a three-stage process:
- The first stage involves obtaining insights into the area you wish to research
- The more insights you gather the more you are aware of your target group and its need
- And from these lessons learned you develop a real understanding of the overall situation and what can feasibly be achieved
Insights, awareness and a real understanding - these three stepping stones of the market research process from the basis of all pharma-insight GmbH's work - because you are not going to achieve satisfactory results if you are not able to see the world from your target group's point of view. Or, in the words of Henry Ford:
